		<description>WoW. This post is shocking and yet so authentic. I don&#039;t think Chris is a bad person, in fact I think he or she wants to do what&#039;s best for the world just as much as this blog does. The heartbreak for me is that the heart of Chris&#039;s concerns is linked to a religious belief. Religion has hurt families way beyond ballot measures. Many religions take care critical thought away...this is what is so damaging. &quot;Join my team or experience torture in your afterlife.&quot; Then out of fear, people join a team that asks them to stop critically thinking - to just have &#039;faith&#039; - and do so at the expense of others who choose not to join the team. Ruby and Ami - thank you for not hiding. Thank you for not being ashamed of all of the beauty that makes you you. It sheds important light and education to the corners of the planet that don&#039;t have this conversation available. Stay strong. The world, Frances and I in particular, need you!</description>
